Add Some Pizzazz to Your Water
- Doctors recommend people drink 32 to 64 ounces of water daily; however, many of us still find it challenging to stay hydrated. Consider breaking up water monotony by adding some flavor and pizzazz to you water…and gulp down some healthy antioxidants in the process!
- Add 2 tablespoons or a splash of Northland 100% Cranberry Juice to 8 ounces of sparkling water
- Also, add a few berries for flavor and lemon or lime juice to taste
